- Prince Alfred Park Pool - Friday 13 October at 11:00am.
- Cook + Phillip Park Pool - Saturday 14 October at 10:00am
- Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre - Saturday 14 October at 10:00am
- Andrew (Boy) Charlton Pool - Sunday 22 October at 10:00am
- Victoria Park Pool - Thursday 26 October at 11:00am
- Gunyama Park - Saturday 28 October at 10:00am

Spin 4 Cancer
Sometimes the best way to improve your mental health is to do something wonderful for people who are less fortunate than us.
On Saturday 14 October at Gunyama Park, from 7am to 1pm, our dedicated instructors are generously donating their time to host back-to-back spinning classes.
No experience is necessary – just bring a water bottle, towel and let’s ride for a wonderful cause together.
Mind and Body Classes
Mind and body classes like yoga and Pilates have gained popularity for their ability to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and stress reduction. These classes not only enhance physical flexibility but also provide a sense of inner peace and mental clarity.
The wonderful news is we have a huge range of Pilates and Yoga class for beginners to those more experienced. Make sure you try a class during October, your mind and body will love you for it.
