Whether it is a tailored over 55s class or a chance to meet new people, there are lots of opportunities for seniors to keep physically and mentally in shape this Winter.

Swimming and Aqua Aerobics

Our pools and aqua classes offer so many benefits for seniors, making them an excellent choice for maintaining overall health and wellness.

The low-impact nature of water exercise makes it ideal for older adults looking to stay active without putting undue strain on your body.

Participating in one of our popular aqua classes also provides opportunities for socialisation and camaraderie, fostering a sense of community and overall well-being.

GOLD Classes

Our GOLD classes have been specifically designed for Seniors in mind and offer tailored exercises that cater to various fitness levels and abilities.

The great news is, all the City of Sydney fitness centres host a variety of GOLD classes including Stretch, Strength, Zumba, Circuit and Step & Tone.

There's something for everyone in our GOLD classes, ensuring seniors stay active, healthy, and engaged.

Special Offer - Exercise & Socialise!

Come along to one of our group fitness classes and then take up the opportunity to socialise afterwards and enjoy a coffee and bite to eat.
