We are excited to be re-opening our pools and fitness centres, in line with the latest NSW Government Public Health Order.

The following article contains important information regarding the re-opening of each of our facilities.

In line with the latest NSW Government Public Health Order, all customers must provide valid proof of full vaccination (or valid proof of medical exemption) upon entry to all 6 pools and fitness centres.

Re-opening of Fitness Centres

The fitness centres at Cook + Phillip Park Pool, Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre and Victoria Park Pool will re-open on Monday 11 October.

The fitness centre at Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre will re-open on Wednesday 13 October, once renovations and upgrades taking place in the cardio area, to improve your work-out experience, have finished.

The operating hours of our fitness centres will be;

  • Weekdays: 6am – 8pm
  • Weekends: 7am – 4pm

Re-opening of Indoor Pools

Indoor aquatic facilities will re-open for lap swimming, rehabilitation activities, squads and learn to swim from Monday 18 October, including;

Please note, recreation swimming and family swimming remains available in a dedicated lane at all outdoor aquatic facilities between 9am and 5pm each day. Recreation swimming and family swimming is currently not permitted within indoor aquatic facilitates under the current public health order.

Operating hours

The operating hours of all indoor pools from Monday 18 October will be;

  • Weekdays: 6am – 8pm
  • Weekends: 7am – 7pm

The operating hours of Gunyama Park’s hydrotherapy pool from Monday 18 October will be;

  • Weekdays: 9am – 3pm
  • Weekends: 12:30pm – 6pm

The operating hours of Cook + Phillip Park’s hydrotherapy pool from Monday 18 October will be;

  • Weekdays: 9am – 3pm
  • Weekends: 12:30pm – 6pm

The operating hours of Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre’s program pool from Monday 18 October will be;

  • Weekdays: 9am – 3pm
  • Weekends: 12:30pm – 6pm

In addition, sun lounging will return to outdoor pools, and changerooms, including showers, will re-open within all aquatic facilities.

It is important if you are intending to visit the centre that you are familiar with the processes and measures in place, and adhere to the COVID safe rules during your visit.

When attending a centre (in line with the NSW Government Public Health Order)

  • Non-vaccinated young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian from their household who is fully vaccinated (2 doses).
  • Capacity limits will apply. 1 person per 4sqm within indoor facilities, and 1 person per 2sqm at outdoor facilities.
  • Masks must be worn inside our centres at all times, including within group exercise classes and 1 on 1 personal training sessions. Masks are not required during individual strenuous activity.
  • Indoor pools will be open for lap swimming and rehabilitation activity only.
  • Hydrotherapy pool be open for rehabilitation activity only.
  • Check-in via the Services NSW app is required prior to entry into the centre.

Your membership

  • Full access members (360 Pro full access, 360 Active full access and 360 full access concession) and 360 Family

All full access memberships held at Cook + Phillip Park Pool, Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre and Victoria Park Pool will be re-activated on Monday 11 October.

All full access memberships held at Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre will be re-activated on Wednesday 13 October. Alternatively, you can opt-in to re-start your membership early and commence swimming at our 4 outdoor pools now, and training at our other fitness centres from Monday 11 October.

Re-activate your 360 membership now

Direct debits will resume on your regular scheduled debit day. However, you may be subject to a pro-rata prior to this first debit.

We understand not everyone will be ready to return to the gym, or may not meet the current vaccination requirements. If you would like to extend the suspension of your membership, please email by 12pm Sunday 10 October, with your request.

  • Swim only members (360 pro swim only, 360 Active swim only and 360 swim only concession)

Swim only memberships held at Andrew (Boy) Charlton Pool, Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre, Prince Alfred Park Pool and Victoria Park Pool will be re-activated on Monday 11 October.

Swim only memberships held at Cook + Phillip Park Pool and Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre will be re-activated from Monday 18 October. Alternatively, you can opt-in to re-start your membership early and commence swimming at our other 4 pools now.

Group exercise

Our timetables have been updated, and group fitness classes are now able to be booked via your customer portal. We will be operating on reduced timetables during the initial re-opening period.

Bookings will be available 3 days in advance, and classes will be capped at 20 people per class.

Aqua classes will run at outdoor pools, including Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre and Victoria Park Pool. Masks are not required to be worn during aqua classes.

Learn to Swim

Our learn to swim program, GOswim, will return from Monday 18 October.

We will continue to follow the advice and public health orders from the NSW Government, and in line with the current roadmap, all centres and facilities will re-open to everyone on December 1.

Our teams are passionate about seeing people fulfil their fitness goals, and we are excited to get Sydney moving again. We look forward to welcoming the community of Sydney back into our pools and fitness centres.
