The last week of the 2023 learn to swim program will be from Monday 11 December 2023 and the final day of the program will be Sunday 17 December 2023. The final class of the year for all current learn to swim participants will be held during this week.
The learn to swim program will resume from Monday 15 January 2024.
All existing enrolments will carry over into 2023, and there is no need to re-book into the program.
What happens to my debit?
A payment break will apply to all individual learn to swim enrolments during the break period. No direct debits will be charged during this period. Direct debits will resume when the programs resume from 15 January 2024, per the regular day of the participants direct debit.
I am going away, can I apply a suspension earlier or start back later?
All learn to swim enrolments are eligible to suspend their account for up to six (6) weeks per calendar year. You can contact our help desk on to discuss your suspension requirements, or to submit a suspension request click here.
Family access over Summer
During the four week learn to swim program break, all participants enrolled into the program can enjoy complimentary family access for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children into the aquatic facilities.
We encourage our learn to swim participants to continue accessing our aquatic facilities to practice their swimming skills over the break.
Terms and conditions
Complimentary family access only applies to children who hold a current enrolment in the learn to swim program. This offer is not applicable to 360 Learn to Swim Family membership. Child must be accompanied by an adult, and can also redeem access for one other child and one other adult (equivalent to a family swim entry). The child must be in attendance to redeem the complimentary access, an adult cannot redeem access on behalf of the child or individually under the child's learn to swim enrolment. Entry grants swim access to aquatic facilities only, does not include access to the sauna and steam room, sports court, creche, gym or group fitness classes. Access is only applicable during the learn to swim program break, between Monday 18 December 2023 and Sunday 14 January 2024.

Family members can continue to enjoy access to all facilities over the Summer period.
For children enrolled into the learn to swim program on a family membership, the program will break per the dates listed under the ‘Learn to Swim’ section above. Payment breaks do not apply to family memberships.
The school holiday intensive program offers a chance to accelerate your child’s swimming skills and development in a program delivered over consecutive days.
The program will run over the first three weeks of January. To learn more about the program please submit an enquiry and our help desk team will be in touch.
Program dates;
Week 1: Tuesday 2 January to Friday 5 January 2024 (4 days)
Week 2: Monday 8 January to Friday 12 January (5 days)
Week 3: Monday 15 January to Friday 19 January (5 days)
platinum squad, silver squad and bronze squad will hold its final session on Saturday 23 December 2023, and resume Tuesday 2 January 2024.
Blue squad and junior dolphins will hold its final session on Saturday 23 December 2023, and resume Monday 8 January 2024.

The creche at Gunyama Park will close from Monday 25 December 2023 and re-open on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
An alternate group fitness timetable will be in place from Monday 18 December 2023, through to Sunday 21 January 2024.

Organised competitions on the outdoor sportsfield at Gunyama Park will conclude on Tuesday 19 December 2023 and re-commence on Sunday 7 January 2024.
Organised competitions on the indoor sports court at Cook + Phillip Park Pool will conclude on Wednesday 18 December 2023 and re-commence on Monday 8 January 2024.
